Our Lifetime Warranty ensures that every Sharpology knife or tool is protected against defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as it’s in use. We also go the extra mile by covering minor damage, such as broken blade tips, even if caused by misuse or abuse.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials, such as faulty steel or handle components.
- Defects in craftsmanship, including improper assembly or finishing.
- Minor damage caused by improper use, such as broken blade tips.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or marks from regular use.

- Shipping and handling costs for warranty claims.
Exclusions:

Transferability:
The Lifetime Warranty is not limited to the original owner. Whether the knife is gifted, inherited, or passed down to future generations, this promise follows the product, ensuring lifetime coverage for all owners.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
- Contact our customer service team with details about the issue and photos of the product.
- We will assess the claim and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Once approved, we will repair or replace your item. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees both ways.
Lifetime Sharpening Service
Sharpology knives are crafted to perform at their best for life, and our Lifetime Sharpening Service ensures they remain in peak condition. This service is available to all Sharpology knives, no matter how many years—or owners—the product has seen.
How It Works:
- In-Person Sharpening: Bring your knife to one of our events or partner locations for free professional sharpening.
- Mail-In Sharpening: Ship your knife to us for sharpening services. While sharpening is free, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Additional Services for Non-Sharpology Products:
